Positioning and minimizing SpecAgent

Both the word processor and the SpecAgent companion window can be repositioned.  Upon closing, they should re-open again in the last location.

The SpecAgent companion window can be minimized when not in use.  Click the "minimize  button to send SpecAgent to the taskbar.  If all MasterSpec documents are closed, the companion window will close also.  When the next MasterSpec section is opened, the companion window will re-open in minimized from in the taskbar.

If you are opening and closing a large number of MasterSpec documents and do not need SpecAgent, we recommend you minimize, but not close the companion window.
